Warranty

Warranty Policy:
All paddles have a Limited 12-month structural warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle.  

• 12-month limited warranty on core materials, deformation and disbonding.
  
• Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.
• Proof of purchase is required (bank & credit card statements can be used).
  
• We may exercise the right to judge and determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it.
• Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles. 
• If approved under warranty, we will aim to issue a replacement within 10 business days from arrival at our inspection facility.
• Paddles purchased from authorized retail partners must have receipt and proof of purchase with purchase date.
