5.  Lenses can be custom made to fit myopic requirements. 

Playability (Pickleball):

1. Will not fog during play.  At rest, if you do not remove it, it certainly will.

2. Will not slip.  It does not slip off during play (without the hook).

3. No change in your depth of field vision.  It is as if you are not wearing any lenses at all.

4. The transition lens model will add a layer of UV protection when you play outdoors.
